Uwezo RZ F1 is a highly productive, indeterminate, hybrid tomato seed variety from Rijk Zwaan. The variety has a good fruit set making it suitable for indoor cultivation in tropical climate conditions.
Also known as the Roma type, this indeterminate hybrid tomato seed variety is the best plum tomato variety to grow both indoors and outdoors. It is suitable for greenhouses, net-houses, and other protected cultivations.
The variety has a good disease resistance package including resistances to TYLCV and TSWV. The fruits are large with a plum, egg shape. They are also very firm which ensures a long shelf life and production during long-distance transportation.
Uwezo RZ F1 produces firm fruits, with an attractive red color and excellent shelf life. This roma hybrid tomato seed variety produces plum shaped fruits with average weight of 120-150 grams.
